children! We write and read the stories ourselves. Sometimes we translate a story from another language to Farsi. We also draw the cover pictures for you as we know you like paintings. In

Nasim Hajibeik
illustrator, translator and editor
Nasim was born and grown up in Tehran, and now resides in Hanover, Germany. After finishing her studies in mechanical engineering in Tehran, she moved to Germany at the age of 25. Before her son was born, she worked as an automotive engineer. She consulted automotive companies and helped them producing safer cars. Nasim was always interested in art, especially painting, cinema and taking pictures. She made a telegram channel, "loobia ghesse-goo" in 2017 along with her mother. In 2018, she launched the website Awastan to read audio books for children in Farsi.
Maral Dehghani
editor, translator and storyteller
Maral was born in 1978. As a kid, she was a big fan of “Good Stories, for Good Children”. She enjoyed reading, writing and music. She studied Electrical Engineering in Tehran and, after she moved to Canada in 2006, she continued her studies in Electrical and Telecommunications Engineering. She lives in Vancouver and teaches at University. Translating, editing, and sometimes writing stories are her favorite hobbies.

Najmeh Vahed

Najmeh was born in 1980 in Shiraz, where she lived until she was 24. At this age she finished her bachelor studies and moved to Hanover in Germany. She continued her studies in mechanical engineering. Now she works at a German car company as an engineer. She has always been in love with art, especially music and painting. She doesn’t play any music instrument right now, but she can express herself very well through her paintings. She never cares about distance when it comes to visiting an art exhibition, whenever, wherever! She also loves to play tennis.
